The rules, with live numbers
Size pays.
Here is how.
Cleave is a live sword arena. The creator fees of the coin fill one pool. Grow, cash out, and you are paid for your size. No wallet connect, no deposit: you play as a guest or with an account, and what you win is sent to the address you paste.

The game
01- One arena for everybodyA round stone floor with a low wall and a few pillars. You land next to the other fighters, and for your first 3 seconds nobody can hit you.
- SwingOne button swings your weapon in an arc in front of you. Everybody sees the arc for a moment before it cuts. Then there is a moment before you can swing again.
- One hit killsAnybody inside the arc when it cuts is out, whatever the sizes. A pillar between you stops the cut. Two swings that would hit each other at the same moment clash: both fighters are thrown back and nobody is out.
- DashA short lunge, with a few seconds to recharge. You cannot start a swing in the middle of it.
- GrowShards on the floor make you a little bigger and keep coming back. A kill gives you half of what the loser had at once; a quarter drops as shards for anybody; the rest is gone. Out means you leave with nothing: only a size you cash out pays.
The forms
Twelve, and what each pays right nowSize moves you up a ladder of twelve forms. Each one is a bigger body, a longer weapon, a slower step and a slower swing. The top form takes the biggest cash-out there is; nobody grows past it.
The money
02- The poolCreator fees of the coin are claimed about once a minute. 2% of every claim buys the coin and burns it; everything else goes into the pool. The pool is all there is to win, and all of it is for the players. Before the coin is live the game runs as a practice round: same numbers on paper, nothing is sent.
- The potCash-outs are paid from the pot. The rest of the pool waits in the reserve and flows into the pot at –% of itself per hour; the pot never holds more than –% of the pool. So a rush of cash-outs can empty the pot but never the pool: each one is smaller until the pot has filled up again. That is how one pool works for ten players or two hundred.
- What size is worthA cash-out takes a share of the pot that depends on your size at that moment. The top form takes –% of the pot. A smaller fighter takes less, and it falls faster than the size: one big run pays more than several small ones.
- The maxNobody takes more than –% of the pot with one cash-out. That is ◎– right now.
- Cashing outHold for 10 seconds. You kneel and plant your weapon: you cannot move, swing or dash, everybody on screen sees the ring closing around you, and one hit still kills. Let go and the hold is lost. Make it and you are paid for the size you have, 0.002 SOL or more, sent to your Solana address. Then your run is over: you start again as the first form.
- Guest or accountYou can play as a guest: a name and an address, nothing else. An account (a name and a password) keeps your name, your address and your record on any device.
- House fightersWhen the arena is quiet, house fighters keep it busy. They play by the same rules, grow like anybody, and never cash out. Cut one down and half of what it had is yours.
- The burn2% of every creator-fee claim is set aside. Each time 0.005 SOL has gathered, it buys CLEAVE on the market and burns exactly the coins that buy brought in. So far 0 CLEAVE have been burned, bought with ◎0; ◎0 is waiting for the next burn. Every burn is in the ledger below with its transaction.
